Ive gotten my hands on The 4.0 ipsw here you can download them at your own risk!

The newly released iPhone OS 4.0 BETA software, rar'd up the ipsw files, NOT the dmg
so will be able to open on windows.

Shift click the "update" button in iTunes. (Alt click for Mac) to select the ipsw file.

This will ONLY work for the iPhone 3GS. Your UDID needs to be added to a dev account for this to work.

Now download Both links for Your Device. Once you Have those two files downloaded Just But the Two parts into one Folder And open HJsplit
then join them together Very simple
